Our office is located in Kelowna and our regular residential service area is from Sicamous to Osoyoos. We service condos, commercial, industrial and institutional properties throughout the Okanagan.
If you’re within our regular service area, our base rate for a residence is $495. That includes 15 supply and return vents. Each additional vent beyond that is $10. This includes Furnace Cleaning. Note we do not “service” your furnace, which should be done by a certified technician yearly. We will clean the furnace.
